The rooms were brand-new and spotlessly clean with very good Wi-Fi. Helpful staff did a great job. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Truly enjoyed the a twin room with tv, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Had a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the bathroom. It had a good and excellent location - close to a Catholic cathedral. Every staff member was fairly friendly.

Magnificent setting, right by all sights, restaurants and cafes in Santa Cruz, the main plaza and shops nearby, and sightseeing and dining. Clean bathroom and brand-new and perfectly clean room.

The hotel offers good meal in the morning with the ham and instant coffee, for instance. It has marvellous very central location in the centre of everything.

Fairly clean, outstanding value hotel, the location was marvellous so close to all sights, restaurants and cafes in Santa Cruz, and central plaza. The breakfast looked satisfactory, with the ham inside, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The employees at the venue were very-very nice.

Well, it was a really amazing stay with the value and experience. The hotel had a great location next to Night Club. A cool bonus was nearby Vacafria, that offered tea and coffee.

The service was GOOD. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was nice.

I also loved the fact that the room had free WiFi and a safe, which made my stay even more convenient. It's great to have these amenities in a budget hotel. The tile/marble floor in the triple room was a nice touch, giving it a stylish and clean look. It made me feel like I was staying in a more expensive hotel. The balcony in the triple room was a lovely surprise. I enjoyed sitting out there and taking in the city views. It added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. The flat-screen TV in the triple room was a bonus. After a long day of exploring, I could unwind and watch my favorite shows.

Personally, I found the showers in the bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion and some people might actually like cozy showers.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the center of town. The staff was always there to assist me with anything I needed. Despite the small room and bathroom, it was perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location was great, right in the center, although there was some street noise if the room faced the front. However, at night it was quiet. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit of a downside, only working between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, but it wasn't a major issue for me. The hotel is old, but they are constantly making improvements. They don't have international TV channels, but that wasn't a big deal for me either. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you choose a room that doesn't face the street.
